About the IT Leaders.

The pace of innovation is accelerating at a global scale. Our initial membership forums were for C-Level executives which have been meeting successfully to share best practives for over a decade. Our members asked us to create a leadership development program for their key employees and the IT Leaders is one of the resulting initiatives from this request. It is focused on world-class IT leadership best practices needed to successfully execute business plans and exceed goals. While many of our members are Fortune 1000 companies, there is no restriction on company size because we recognize the high level of innovation taking place in small and medium sized businesses which often exceeds that of global companies, and even the largest organizations are made up of smaller departments full of innovative employees.

We are dedicated to sharing best practices, experiences, and insights in a candid, open environment while holding each other accountable for excellence. Meeting these objectives has enabled our members to improve the performance of their organizations and enhance their careers.


About our Association Management.

Our association management services are provided by the Executive Summits (address on the right). Through our many forums, managers and top executives world-wide exchange best practices to drive corporate performance. Our avenues of delivery include live and webconference events, conferences, accreditation, leadership development products such as this one, C-Level best practices groups who meet monthly, and research in corporate performance.


Our Chapters.

Volunteer leaders run chapters in various cities. Your dues here include membership in the chapters where they exist but note that any in-person meetings you elect to attend have a cost (the fee the hotel or restaurant charges the local chapter). Note that during the COVID-19 pandemic many chapters have voted to stop meeting in-person until safe again.


Participant Responsibilities.

Registrants are encouraged to actively participate in the resources provided each month as well as supply feedback in order for us to continually strive to bring you the most current and relevant topics.
